Did you do something else, maybe install an additional plugin or made changes in files?
Only the Home page were changed? Try to restore revision of the previous state of the page – https://elementor.com/help/revision-history-undo-and-redo/

It is strange, try to check the permissions of accounts. Maybe support of your hosting provider will be able to assist you. We do not see any reason for the problem from the theme side.

There is no such possibility, unfortunately, because WC doesn’t allow this.
Pages of Product categories inherit the layout and sidebar of Shop page, so you can add Product Categories to the menu (Appearance > Menus > Screen options > enabled Product categories), and it will be almost what you requested.
Dashboards > Products > Categories > create Meisjes category and so on.

Xstore Core plugin should be translated manually.

Thanks for using our theme.
The shop page is an archive page for products, and widgets from Appearance > Widgets > Shop sidebar are shown there. But your Demo 2 page, is a custom page, so default WC widgets can’t be shown there. I suppose it is content https://prnt.sc/y1fdxr of Appearance > Widgets > Main sidebar.
This is how WooCommerce works, and the situation is independent of our theme.
