Elementor error - by risingvalue - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    i used to edit my pages whenever i want, now i cant edit due to elementor gives error.
    can you please help me. thanks

    Hello,

    Please provide URL of page that can’t be edited and temporary wp-admin access.

    i cant provide the login details due to website has setted bank details in.
    i thought that i have attached the screen capture.

    Hello,

    I do not see any screenshots from you. You can use the Lightshot screenshot tool to take screenshots and share them.
    1) Do you have the problem with all pages or only 1 particular page can’t be edited?
    2) Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , and check how it works then.
    3) Enable debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed.
    4) When a default theme is activated on your site, pages can be edited using Elementor?
