    Hi I try to update the template but I always get error: PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature.

    I bought a new license, but nothing to do, in addition I had set the font “SIDE” for the entire website, but the theme does not read me more settings is a problem inherent in the theme update?

    Hello,

    If you are using 7.2.4 version, the update to 7.2.4. is not obligatory and can be skipped.
    Could you provide temporary wp-admin access? We will take a closer look at the issue with the font.

    Hello,

    Connect to your server via FTP and remove wp-content/fonts/lato/ folder. After that go to Theme Options > Typography > re-choose font and save settings.

    Ok seems ok, only from my private area I see another font, for the license how can I do? It always tells me:

    Package cannot be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    Logically, it doesn’t even update the add-ons linked to my license.

    Soon we will release a new theme version (within 3-4 days). Try to update XStore then.
    If you mean update of plugins, follow this article – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update Try to update via FTP.

    How can I solve it?

    Hello,

    1) Can’t check your backend https://prnt.sc/10m9k3i using the credentials you provided.
    2) Provide us with server error logs to check the reason of the “Connection refused” issue.

    Hello,

    1) You use up to date version. So, wait for the update to check if you still have the errors https://xstore.8theme.com/update-history/
    2) Provide us with server error logs to check the reason of the “Connection refused” issue.I suppose issue is related to server limits but we need error log to be sure.
