According to the ThemeForest license policy, you can use 1 license for 1 project only (dev site, production site, localhost but the same project) – https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular
Deactivate https://prnt.sc/zqjito and delete the theme from old sites, then you will be able to activate it on a new site.

Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single product builder.
Check your Home page now.
I am not sure that fully understand your request about the footer.
As I can see, you are using an additional plugin for the footer – https://prnt.sc/zqcbcd , so disable this plugin (Enable Elementor for static blocks – https://prnt.sc/zqbxjk , then go to Appearance > Widgets > check what blocks are selected in Footer and PreFooter areas, edit static blocks using Elementor) , or contact the support of this plugin to get assistance.
Also, I would recommend you disable unrequired plugins, because every plugin slows down the site a bit.
It looks like you imported demo content a few times. Go to Appearance > Menus, delete duplicate items.

As I can see, this code is required because Header overlap option is activated, but the overlap is needed for Home page only. Go to Theme Options > Header builder > Multiple headers > create a new header, set it for the Home page, for example – https://prnt.sc/zpxu63 , save changes. Then edit the Default header and disable the overlap – https://prnt.sc/zpy1ek , for desktop and mobile.

1) Is Single Product Builder enabled in Theme Options? If so, you need to add content there, for example – https://prnt.sc/wiswnx , or disable the builder and use one of default Layouts for the single product page.
2) Do you use Elementor? Please provide temporary wp-admin access, we will fix the demo content of the Home page.
