2. Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache, and check then.
Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.

As I can see, you added https://prnt.sc/zqwlxu cross-sells only, it works fine on the Cart page – https://prnt.sc/zqwo7e
If you want to show cross-sells products on the single product page, go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single Product page > select Location Of Cross-Sells Products.
