1) Provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.
2) Our theme uses Header Builder that allows placing menus in any part of the header http://prntscr.com/rvfh9t , so there are no Manage Menu Locations settings. Select the menu via Theme Options > Header builder > Menu element.
Also, you can find some videos here – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/menu-set-up/mega-menu/ (Elementor can be used exactly like WPBakery in examples).
