1) Additional Information tab is one of default tabs, which doesn’t affected by our theme, and come from WC. Check this article – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/editing-product-data-tabs/

Go to WPML > String translation > scroll down and press on “Translate texts in admin screens” link. You’ll see a list of fields, choose the fields you’d like to translate.
