Do you use File Generator? Go to XStore > Files generator > remove the file that you generated. It looks like you did not choose all the elements that you use on your site, so don’t generate file if you are not very familiar with the theme.
I don’t have any file in checked in the file generator. But the problem has not been solved

Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear cache of browser, and check how it works then.
If the situation is independent of plugins, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.
I fixed, the problem was on Elementor, have an error with the Elementor theme builder, The product archive element.
