Thanks for the reply.
I have passed your issue to our technicians. They will be able to check it on Tuesday. Sorry for such a delay.
I’ve tried to create a new test product and the single product page of it works fine. Try by yourself to create a new Ceyda product and monitor on what step the problem occurs.
Also, check how it works when the default WC theme is activated. If the same problem persists with Storefront theme, contact the support of WooCommerce plugin.

1) There is no such possibility, Custom Product Template For Grid View will be applied for products on Shop and for cross-sell / upsell also. You can submit a request about new option here – https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/

Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of browser, and check how the product works then.
