Xstore Pet Theme Icons in Menu not Working

Hi,

I use the Xstore theme for a new website. However there are some bugs… One is that the slider on the home page have some lapping on the right side that disappears when I change the browser size and return to full screen again but it is frustrating.

Second is that I add some items to all departments menu I add pictures to it and the pictures are not appearing.

Third thing I saw is that the label on the buttons on the home page are not white but black and are not with all capped letters like on the demo.

Hello,

Thanks for using our theme.
1) Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear cache of browser, and check how the slider works then.
2) Check settings for images, for example – https://gyazo.com/a4ce89e1ae0db74727e9b15a13aea6fe
3) Style of text on buttons was created via Typography Preset, which can’t be imported, unfortunately. Go to Edit page > Settings of buttons > set color and transform manually.

Hi,

thanks for the prompt reply! The 2) and 3) have been resolved, but 1) is present in our localhost environment too, where we do not have any other plugins installed. I think it is some sort of problem with the theme Demo after it’s installation.

You can try by importing the pet demo content on a fresh install it should be seen there.

Hello,

As a rule, such issue with the Revolution slider is related to the cache plugin and minification/ combine option of the JS.
So, do you use the cache plugin? Try to disable this option.

Hi the website is in development stage, so we are not using any caching still.
