Hide parent product of variations - by Mohammed Al-khameri

Hello

I want to show variations in of variant product as simple product and hide the parent product. I changed the settings as shown in the screenshot but the parent product is still shown. Is it bug in the woocommerce ?

Hello,

You are using 7.2.9 version of the theme, the latest one is 7.2.11, so do the update first.
If this doesn’t solve the problem, provide temporary FTP access.

I updated the theme and the core plugin to the newest versions, however the problem was not solved.I provided the FTP access n the private content area.

Thanks for the reply. I have passed your issue to our developers. They will be able to check it on Tuesday. I’ll inform you once they fix the problem.
Meanwhile, try to clear cache of plugins and CDN and check the Shop then.
