Hi is it normal that the hashtag doesn’t show nothing?

hashtag doesnt show on my site either,
like this hashtag link: https://www.instagram.com/explore/tags/xstore/
have to remove hashtag link just show account feed

Hello Kim,

Make sure that your images in Instagram have this hashtag.
If you want to be able to show the media from your business account by hashtag you need to make sure that FB user that you used to generate token and related to your Instagram has all the necessary permissions https://prnt.sc/tclgs2 https://developers.facebook.com/docs/instagram-api/overview# In other cases you’ll be able to show the media from your Instagram account but not the media by hashtag.

Hello,

I don’t have issues with the hashtag images https://www.letwins.it/instagram-test/
Make sure that you chose Top media in the element settings because Recent media only returns media objects published within 24 hours of query execution.
