As I can see, you are using a lot of 3rd party plugins, likely one of them causes the problem. Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of browser, and check the product image then.
Why Elementor plugin is activated on your site if the content of pages, posts, static blocks was created using WPBakery? Try to disable this plugin also.

Check PHP time limit in WooCommerce > Status. Do you have the same value there? If it is the same (0), contact your hosting provider and ask why this happens.

Enable Elementor for static blocks – https://gyazo.com/c44ec88c0bf24793ba441ffb5b5201c6 , Theme Options > General > Theme Menu Options > On.
Then you will be able to create a static block with the desired menu structure and select it to show for the desired menu item.

Here is what I can see – https://prnt.sc/1mvc44m , as a new user. Maybe it was a cache of your browser, or the effect of the cache plugin on your site. To check it, disabled the cache plugin and check the site via an incognito browser window.

As I can see, the scroll bar appears and the content of the panel is displayed fine, but with the scroll.
Try to add the next code in Theme options > Theme custom CSS > Custom CSS for mobile:

Re-name the file via FTP and check. If all is fine, you need to compare the new and your file and make appropriate changes in your code.
