1) What exactly is wrong with that button https://prnt.sc/xq2rlx ?
2) Add the email field to your form and use shortcode of that field for the reply to https://prnt.sc/xq2swz

Hello,

1) I can see the button on your site. Please clear cache and check the Single product page then. The button is displayed on the single product page.
2) Click here https://prnt.sc/xqvnyk and read – https://contactform7.com/configuration-errors/invalid-mailbox-syntax/

1) What is the single product page? Please give name (not url) of the page from my site and I will go check it. Separately, how do I get the contact us bar to be near the scrollbar on ALL pages except the contact us page??

2) I already read that page. Please log in and clear the error. I tried to fix myself but failed 🙁 Can you also ensure that on the Contact Us page a “Email address” field is added and that plus the rest of the fields are mandatory?

1) Go to Shop page > click on a product and page of a single product will be opened. For example “Fryer with DualZone” product.

Sorry, allow me to explain again. I want a contact us button to be above the ‘back to top’ button. I want the button to show on all pages except the contact us page.

There is no just solution for placing the button on all pages, please post the request here – https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/
About the content, just create a static block with desired settings and add it here via shortcode – https://prnt.sc/xwqgep

I already had but will ask them to re-open…

And thanks for your tip but changing to red asterisk doesn’t require :wink

I just change the colour code after # in the above code you wanted. Also, I can just use Elementor to create a contact us page… I don’t need what you’ve mentioned (well, I cannot see anyways)
