The mobile view header is not being responsive
Thanks for using our theme. Could you provide temporary wp-admin access?
hey this issue is fixed now another issue is coming. Footer cache issue, i am not able to see any css options in frontend.
check the website plantsworld.in and refresh once, before and after refreshing footer settings are changing.
Here is what I can see, independently of refreshing, https://gyazo.com/17ea30f5bb9d5ea46d31ed3b4e084c77
Isn’t it correct? Provide your screenshots.
Maybe you are using a browser extension that may affect the site work.
Have you cleared cache of browser? Do you use cache plugin?
Try to disable Static Blocks Cache in Theme Options > Speed Optimization
check the actual design of the footer
i am facing same issue with the different website also with same theme
and yes i am using cache plugin lite speed cache
also disabled static block cache option
1) When the cache plugin is disabled the problem is solved?
Provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can check it more deeply.
2) Please post different questions via separate topics – https://www.8theme.com/forums/xstore-wordpress-support-forum/
