Hello,
Thanks for screenshots.
Here is a reply from one of our developers:
“We have found what caused the problem.
You are using extra plugin for adding tabs on product http://prntscr.com/1qw33hq and you are using SPBuilder on your site.
The accordion that your Single product content is created with our builder some extra plugins/actions/filters may not work as they worked with default template.
We have added you a snippet to make it compatible with Single Product builder in the order you asked us to make. http://prntscr.com/1qw2xqq
Now you have review on first position before all Yikes tabs -> http://prntscr.com/1qw38oc ”

Hello,
1/ It is independent of the theme. Check settings of the SEO plugin on your site – https://yoast.com/wordpress-seo/
2/ Do you mean Shop menu item? Appearance > Menus > Screen options > enable Product categories. Read more – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/menu-set-up/
3/ Provide URL of product with the problem.
Here is an example of a product with video – https://xstore.8theme.com/product/product-classic/ https://gyazo.com/f37305797a2f1de3e3fbcf7c0b42f3c6

Hello,
1/ Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of browser, and check then.
2/ Let us know the result of the test and provide temporary FTP access.

Hello,
We would recommend you to create a new menu via Appearance > Menus, without static blocks, and select it in Theme options > Header builder > Mobile menu.
If you still want to use the current menu, add the next code in Theme Options > Theme custom CSS > Global custom CSS:
@media only screen and (max-width: 992px) {
.et_b_header-mobile-menu .menu-static-block {
height: auto !important;
}
}

Hello,
1/ Deactivate WooCommerce Infinite Scroll and Ajax Pagination plugin or set correct settings – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/woocommerce-infinite-scroll-and-ajax-pagination-settings/
2/ General site speed depends on many factors. Below you’ll find the main of them:
– Plugins. When you have multiple plugins installed and activated on your site, it can slow it down. So, please, keep enabled only those plugins that you really need for the correct functioning of your site and disable all the plugins that you don’t use. The more plugins you use, the slower it will be.
– Caching. The most important part of optimizing your site is caching. Combine cached page with gzip compression to get better results. We recommend using W3 Total Cache. Read the beginners guide to setting up W3 Total Cache plugin https://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/w3-total-cache-settings/ Also, a very good plugin is WP Rocket, but it’s paid.
– Images. Use optimized images only otherwise you will have big images and slow loading time. Do not upload larger images than what is needed. When you use image editing tool like Photoshop don’t save images without using the option “Save For Web”.
There are different ways on how to compress images. Use special services or WordPress plugins to optimize your images for decreased loading times: tinypng.com, Compressor.io, Kraken.io, EWWW Image Optimizer, Smush Image Compression and Optimization plugin.
– Server/Hosting. Sometimes slow speed can be a result of your hosting service. If you have checked the above items and the site is still slow, the most likely it is a server/hosting issue. Contact your host and discuss it with them. Because even with the default WP theme site speed could be slow.
Also, you can find information about our Speed Optimization options here – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/main-theme-options/
In case you need professional help with site optimization you may contact WPKraken team because unfortunately, that is outside the scope of our support.

Hello,
Please notice that the theme (Xstore) is actually not working to customize product page – I’ve already test it with several other themes and it works.
– do you mean an additional plugin?
I’ve edited your “Stan Lee – Thor: Ragnarok – Marvel – 1/6 Figure – Hot Toys” product and removed the custom table that you added in the product description, now some content can be seen for this product now.
But there is something else, it looks like you are using additional plugins to customize single product page. Did you make changes in theme files also? Do you use server cache and CDN? Could you temporarily disable such cache? Provide FTP access, so we can check the problem more deeply.

Hello,
Sorry for the delay in answering.
Theme Options can’t be reset automatically without a reason.
I’ve passed your requests to our developers, but right now we do not have ideas, because you write that nothing was done before such a situation happened.
If you have the backup then it would be better to restore it.
Who else has access to the Dashboard or DataBase? Maybe reset of Theme Options was done by mistake?

Hello,
Go to settings of the Mobile panel > delete all default elements and add new from scratch. Check how it works then.

Hello,
Without content? Download the latest theme version from FremeForest and upload it on the subdomain, activate using your purchase code. Then take Theme options settings from the current site (Theme Options > Export/Import > Export) and import options on the new site.
Or you can use the Duplicator plugin to move the whole site from one domain to another.

Hello,
What is URL of site?
It looks like Theme options were reset or you activated child theme after the parent theme that was used all the time.
Do you have a backup? As a rule, hosting support does the site backup every day or every few days.
