Login/Signup button on click not displaying registration form

Hi team,

I need your help.

I am not sure why signup/login form is not displaying. It is displaying only my account form?.

it should display
http://transitoutlet.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/08/to-5.png

Can you please help me with that?
