You can change the color by adding a small css code in additional css by going to Dashboard > Appearance > Customization > Additional CSS

1- As for your mentioned category not showing is concerned you have change the name of default woocommerce category with your name so we will recommend you kindly create a new category with your require name and then check your website.

2- As for Price Filter is concerned price filter is working absolutely fine in your website. Select your price range and then click on Filter Button.

Note: Currently only few product is add in your website make sure add more product with different prices and then check your price filter.
