These plugins are “must have” for correct theme work.

Sorry for some delay in answering. You can’t use psb files! This file was sent to you if image is not ok for you and you want to add any changes.
For slider you need to use .png image that we have sent.

Have you imported .xml file that we provided (Tools > Import > WordPress)? Track order shortcode is default WooCommerce shortcode https://docs.woothemes.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/ I have checked out installs and don’t see the problem with tracking. Could you provide the link to this page?
Also, I have created the first section using VC rows and columns + VC responsive options to show how it could be.
#1. You can play with element settings:
– select banner double size and 4 columns, then products will be smaller http://prntscr.com/bj5vuk or
– add paddings for the product images http://prntscr.com/bj5wjm and see how it will be on frontend http://prntscr.com/bj5xc2
Everything depends on the end result you need.
#2. Visual Composer does not have additional options to set Separator text font size, that’s why you can change it only with additional customization. Add the code below in Theme Options > Styling > Custom CSS > Global Custom CSS
Once you installed pages you can add them into menu (Appearance > Menu).
To add images into menu, first of all, create menu with subitems and save it, then follow the instructions http://prntscr.com/bj2wwf

If after that you still have a problem, please, make sure that issue persists with our theme only – install and activate Storefront (official WooCommerce theme) and check.

To enable slider for product gallery go to Theme Options > E-Commerce > Single Product > Enable slider for gallery thumbnails > ON.
To disable Product Title above the price and enable it in breadcrumbs instead go to Theme Options > E-Commerce > Single Product > Show product name above the price.
