Site not working when trying to update the theme

I tried to update the theme and now my website is down. It says Fatal error: Class ‘ETheme_Blog_Shortcodes’ not found in __ on line 9. Please help asap. I haven’t yet updated with the new XStore update.

Hello,

Check, please, FTP access that you provided. We can’t conner to your server, got an error “EAI_NONAME – Neither nodename nor servname provided, or not known”

Hello,

I have updated XStore core plugin and XStore theme but can’t login to your dashboard to activate it. Please, either provide correct admin panel access or you may try to activate theme by yourself.
