When you buy car and dealer tells you that you need to fill it up with a good petrol, but tells you that it’s technical details. I think you won’t send refund request because you find out that good petrol costs too expensive.

Different hostings offer different prices. We don’t know what hosting every customer uses and what is “expensive” for every customer. That’s why we added server requirements in online theme documentation and repeat them in our video. Every customer also can ask us about it in live chat before purchasing.

We mentioned requirements that are optimal, theme could work with filesize less than 40M but then you need to install it via FTP instead of Dashboard. Also, it could work with less memory limit but then you won’t use too many additional plugins. You may use max_execution_time less than 180 but then we need to install demo data manually.

I want to help you and offer free installation of our theme via FTP because you have such limits. I just need temporary FTP and admin panel access to your WP installation only, I don’t need access to all your files on server.

You checked Header overlap in page settings http://prntscr.com/cmisp0 and get this effect.

If you want to change global header settings do it in Theme Options > Header Type or Header Settings. There you can find also breadcrumbs options.

If you choose any options for the simple pages they will have more priority than general options.

You are right. There is such issue and we’ll fix it in next theme update. To fix it on your site add the following code (Theme Options > Styling > Custom CSS)

It depends on buttons hover effect that you use for your products. Image is unclickable in case you use Default buttons and there is no chance to change it. All the other hover effects have clickable images.

To avoid editing of php files I would recommend using translation files to change these words. Use Loco Translate plugin https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/xstore/#translation , create English translation and just change necessary strings to what you need.

1. Body Font (Typography settings) change font of the body including posts content. You can check it on our Drinks demo https://www.8theme.com/demo/xstore/drink/blog-2/ To change Titles you need to change Headings (Typography option)

2. Blog carousel displays medium size of images. You need a little bit larger. Edit your Blog Carousel setting and check the size of images that you have there http://prntscr.com/clpojr In your case it should be 360×240.

3. Add the following code in Theme Options > Styling > Custom CSS

.posts-widget- .post-date, .posts-widget- .post-comments {
    display: none !important;
}

4. We have only White/Dark color scheme for header (Theme Options > General > Header Settings). If you need any other color use custom css field to add your styles.

5. It depends on design you have. Sometimes 1 level has some special bg settings, margins. Or you have heading that is too big for small devices. Then we use row and 2 rows with heading inside. The First row that includes big heading we hide for mobile(VC column responsive settings). The Second row with the same heading but smaller we show for mobile devices but hide for desktops. Everything depends on your needs.
