Don't show this popup again - by pt1011

    the Promo Popup dialog box has a checkbox that reads ” Don’t show this popup again”

    1) what does this do? because checking the box seems to have no effect.
    2) how best to hide it (my suggestion is a checkbox in settings, i can of course hide with css but would prefer not to)

    Hello,

    Popup window should be shown every time you visit the site, only when you check “Don’t show this popup again” it will disappear. As I can see it does not work. We’ll fix this issue in next update.

    There is no special option to hide it.

    Right, mine was not auto opening (chrome) so that makes a bit more sense now that I know it’s a bug.

    But, i think it is also good to have the ability for this to NOT auto pop up. right now we use it as an extra informative element in the header, then upon click pops up. My preference would be to be able to continue to use it in this way, whereby the user does not see the pup up until they click the menu item.
