No, unfortunately, we don’t have such widget because every newsletter plugin comes with its own widget. But you can use custom css styles to change Mailjet widget styles if you have some CSS skills. If you don’t you may order our customization service. We would be glad to help you with this small customization if you be so kind and set 5-stars rating for our theme 😉

Copyrights content you can manage via Appearance > Widgets only. All the available copyrights settings you can find in Theme Options > Styling > Copyrights.

Hello,

Ajax search works for the search in header only, we don’t have Ajax search widget. To enable search in the header go to Theme Options > Header Settings > Enable search form in header > On.

Provide screenshot “sub-menu” that you want to customize. Are you talking about the custom main menu for every page? Yes, you can choose in in page settings.

Loco Translate plugin helps you just translate theme to another language. In case you want to have multilingual site, you should use WPML (premium plugin) or Polylang (free) or qTranslate (free) plugins.

1) Stripe problem. Please, Enable default WooCommrce theme – Storefront, disable XStore Core plugin and check if you have this issue with Stripe method. Reply back in case problem persists with our theme only! If you see the same issue even with official WooCommerce theme, please, check WooCommerce documentation and settings. Contact with WooCommerce support because we are able to provide support for issues related strictly to our theme.

2) Styles. Provide me temporary admin panel and FTP access, I’ll check what could be the reason of your issue.

Sorry for some delay in answering. We plan to include powerful plugin to allow users create pricing tables with unlimited variations. At this stage, we are waiting for the answer from plugin author with permission to include it in our theme.

Once we get the positive answer we’ll release new update with pricing tables.

Oh, I see. Unfortunately, it’s not our theme issue but Visual Composer plugin problem and PrettyPhoto that is included into VC plugin.

If you want to use header text color white use color scheme in header settings http://prntscr.com/cvdj1i don’t use white color in Typography options http://prntscr.com/cvdjgv because it will change the color for both header and fixed header.

You provided the incorrect link for Backend.
Please, make sure that you have added widgets into Shop page sidebar widget area.

If everything is fine in backend but problem still persists, provide temporary admin panel and FTP access.

Hello,

XStore has default WooCommerce search that does not have the option to search by SKU. That’s why if you want to search by SKU for your products you need to use the additional plugin. There are lots of search plugins available (free and paid), so you may choose the one that suits your needs.

Provide, also, screenshot of your problem with design of search for our better understanding.
