Hello,
I have updated your theme to version 3.0 and didn’t face described issue. Anyway, you can find old theme backup in your themes folder.
Also, I have installed Loco Translate plugin and now you can edit your translation via Dashboard http://prntscr.com/d96wje
I have synchronized your translation file with default xstore.pot http://prntscr.com/d96wrb and translation works fine.

Hello,
“Primary category” is Yoast plugin option. WooCommerce and our theme do not have this option by default and if you want to use “Primary category” you should follow the instructions of the plugin that you use to add it.

Bootstrap classes will work if you use them in right way. Also, we use our own classes that appear depending on Theme Options for portfolio, blog, products etc.

If you use Brands Carousel VC element then every brand image has the link to the brand page by default. So, I’m not sure what URL do you need?

1) You are using search widget instead of our default search form for this type of header. That’s why you don’t have our default drop-down. But as I can see you find additional plugin to add drop-down.
Ok, sure. I will also add your suggestion to add such option in next theme update. I think we’ll do this if it’s possible.

After that go to Theme Options and activate theme there. That’s all. In this case, you won’t lose anything if you don’t change template files.
More than 80 users have already updated their sites and only a few users who decided to go through Setup Wizard again (because you actually have already do this after the first theme installation) have problems similar to yours. We took into account this inconvenience and will add a special notice in next version.
If you want I can update theme for you in no time. Provide me temporary admin panel and FTP access.

I have updated theme for you to fix the problem with header and category description. You can find backup of the old version in themes folder on your server. And may delete it if you don’t need.
To fix breadcrumbs issue go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products and choose Shop page http://prntscr.com/d8vx3t

Your problem is related to how you add this element? If you want to add tabs on page you should use VC element – Tabs. Don’t use Widgetized sidebar that has Static Block wich has Tabs element. In this case, tabs and currency switcher won`t work.
If you use tabs in right way http://prntscr.com/d8vklj everything works: tabs and switcher.
