    Enable WP debug and tell me if you see any errors on your frontend. Describe in details your problem with theme installation.
    Also, please, provide me temporary admin panel and FTP access.

    Hello,

    If you use Xstore theme for more than 1 domain you need to have the separate license for every single domain (excluding dev domains). Please, provide us your licenses for every working domain that you use ( use Private content area ) and we’ll be able to remove the limit of activations that you reached.

    Hello,

    Share button does not require link to your account. When people share the post/product they publish information about your post/products on their FB wall. You may find more information about share function on the Internet.

    If you want to add the FB icon with link to your FB account then use Social Links VC element or Social Links widget.

    Hello,

    We are sorry but there is no such option in our theme. You may try to copy into child theme and edit xstore/woocommerce/single-product-content.php file to implement this.

    But you should have some PHP skills because additional customization is not included in our support.

    I’m trying to explain that we don’t have any special options for the breadcrumbs. We use default woocommerce function. If you don’t like default WooCommerce breadcrumbs, please, follow the Yoast SEO plugin instructions if you want to customize breadcrumbs https://kb.yoast.com/kb/implement-wordpress-seo-breadcrumbs/

    We provide support for issues related strictly to our theme. Additional customization is not included in our support.

    Please, go to Plugins > deactivate XStore core plugin then go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate official WooCommerce theme – Storefront and check if your issue still persists. If the issue appears only when our plugin and theme are activated then reply back and provide me temporary admin panel and FTP access.

    Hello,

    Secondary menu has vertical box-orient and mega menu lays out its contents vertically not horizontally as the main menu. That’s why you can’t use the same way to create static block at the bottom. But if you create the following image http://prntscr.com/da1y4c upload this image for the first menu level (Static Design), choose bg-position – center-bottom, and set Mega menu height for this menu item 460px you will get image below all the items.

    Oh, sorry, I thought you meant title in the browser tab.
    Read this post http://techmazic.com/remove-category-archive-name-category-title-wordpress-site/ maybe it helps you. We don’t have the special option for this and actually it’s not related to our theme because this is default WP settings.

    You can change it only by additional customization of etheme_cart_items function (xstore/framework/woo.php)

    Hello,

    1. Have you sorted out? Because I don’t see problem with copyrights http://prntscr.com/d9y7f1

    2. Previous version had the bug with product category description, that’s why you did not see it. In version 3.0 bug was fixed. If you don’t need category description go to Products > Categories > edit category and remove description.

    3. Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate official WooCommerce theme Storefront and check if you have the same problem with creation of your products. Let me know if problem persists with our theme only.

    Hello,

    As I can see you have successfully activated license for both sites. Let me know when I should deactivate the dev site. Once I do this you should activate another license because you won’t be able to use theme without activation.

    You can use 1 license per 1 live domain. If you on development stage you can use license for development site but once it will be officially opened you need to have 1 license per domain. To change deactivate license you need to contact us. In next versions we’ll add this option in Theme Options.
