You may add Logout link into My account drop-down (Use WooCommerce endpoints menu element). We don’t have the option to show it next to My Account by default. You may try to add this item in the drop-down and then change CSS styles to show it next to My Account instead of drop-down.

Very likely you have selected custom layout for the products.
1) Go to Theme Options > E-Commerce > Single product and make sure that you chose correct layout http://prntscr.com/dit0t3
2) Edit product which has incorrect layout and check the 8theme – Product Options http://prntscr.com/dit1bv Products Layout – choose Inherit.
