    Image is not full-width because you Display Size http://prntscr.com/ebfyih Use cover to make it full width.
    Also, every page has margin-top http://prntscr.com/ebfz74 and if you want to remove this then add margin -30px for the first row of the page where you want to remove margin http://prntscr.com/ebg12u

    Do you use any cache plugin?
    We got the following answer from WPML support

    Could you please ask your client to make sure that he’s using the updated versions of WPML plugins. Also, he might need to change his Language URL format to Different languages in directories in WPML -> Languages.

    If you have some steps to reproduce the issue, please tell.

    Just for your info, the client has opened a ticket in our system and one of our supporters is following with him.

    Could you, please, continue your conversation with WPML support team to solve the issue?

    Hello,

    Could you, please, check if you have this issue with our theme only or even if default WP theme is activated. Because if you have the same problem even with default theme then you need to check server settings and we won’t be able to help you. In case problem persists with our theme only reply back and provide admin panel and FTP access.

    There is no such option in our theme to change that image, this is default WC option.
    Read this post https://www.themelocation.com/how-to-replace-default-paypal-logo-on-woocommerce-checkout-page/ It should help you.
    Do all the changes in child theme.

    Hello,

    We are able to help with issues related strictly to our theme. If you have the same problems with default WooCommerce options even when default theme is activated then you need to contact WooCommerce support on WC support forum.
    We won’t be able to fix the problem with default functionality if problem persists with official WC theme, it can do plugin author only.

    Hello,

    We don’t have widget area above the products. But if you want to show some information about every product category you can use Product Description, for example Slider above the products https://www.8theme.com/demo/xstore/product-category/woman/
    To add Products Category description go to Products > Categories > edit category and add description.

    Hello,

    1) After the demo content import you should have Popup transparent static Block (Dashboard > Static Blocks). Open the static block and find block id https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/support/static-blocks/. Once you get it go to Theme Options > E-Commerce > Promo Popup and add the shortcode with your static block ID http://prntscr.com/eb6pe1

    2) Check if you have this problem with our theme only. Because this is default WC widget and we don’t have such issue on our test sites.

    You need to inspect all the menu elements and change the styles for the appropriate media queries, for example http://prntscr.com/eb6bwh You need to hide some elements beginning from 1200px and at the same time show other elements beginning from 1200px, change it’s position styles, etc.

    Hello,

    As I know we use the same search for both: royal and xstore. I have checked the royal demo and search by SKU does not work, for example product https://www.8theme.com/demo/royal/product/pale-pink-and-black-buttoned-dress-3/ has SKU but when I use it to search product I get “Not found” https://www.8theme.com/demo/royal/?s=132198-002&post_type=product

    Hello,

    If you face that error it means that your PHP version is less than 5.3. Go to WooCommerce > System Status and check there.

    In case, you are 100% sure that PHP is 5.6 but problem still persists, please, provide FTP and admin panel access.

    1) Of course it does not work http://prntscr.com/eb4vce You added strange code before and all the CSS that you place below that wrong code won’t work.

    2) By default, Woocommerce does not allow the search by SKU. You can enable official WooCommerce theme – Storefront. Add the search widget into sidebar and check.

    Hello,

    1) If this is critical I could send you pre-release archive to update theme.
    2) I have changed style.css file
    4) It would be better to ask WooCommerce support about search plugins that are compatible and work great with WC plugin.
