Hello,
Images size for the blog posts you can adjust in Theme Options > Blog & Portfolio > Blog > Images sizes for blog. If you are using Blog elements don’t forget to set image size in element settings http://prntscr.com/ekp03e in another case, it will use medium size.
To fix the excerpt I have used the following code in Custom CSS (Theme options > Styling):

We are glad to hear that you decided to use XStore! We don’t have any special tips. You just need to install theme, activate it and install all the required plugins.
Some element will be different than Royal theme has, so be ready that you will need to re-create some sections using XStore VC elements.

Seems Instagram has some error because of the Instagram site https://www.instagram.com/explore/tags/kidssydneyjewellers/ when we try to check the tags page we get and error. That’s why you see the same error if trying to use hashtag in widget. But username woks fine.

If you don’t have WooCommerce pages it means you skipped WooCommerce Setup Wizard. Now go to WooCommerce > System Status > Tools tab > press Install WC pages button.
To create My account menu go to Appearance > Menus and create menu with following structure http://prntscr.com/ek51jx , save. Go to Appearance > Widgets > remove text widget from Left side top bar widget area and add Custom Menu widget.
To change menu alignment go to Theme Options > Styling > Navigation.
I’m not sure what tag made the problem. I just found that I can’t even open product to edit because my browser tab did not respond. So, I just used quick edit function to make product as Draft. Something was wrong in description. But I can’t tell you what exactly.
