    Hello,

    1. I don’t see any products if follow the link you provided. Provide me correct link where you have the store and also enable WP debag mode. Also, please, install and enable default theme – Storefront – and check if this issue happens.

    2. Update theme to version 3.10.1 and clear browser cache. This issue was fixed.
    3. Make sure that you have translated theme, plugins and WP. Follow the documentation to translate theme https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/

    1. , 2. We did no do any changes that could affect backend speed. Besides, I have checked and it works fine for me.

    4. You are using the latest version 3.10.1 and I don’t see this bug anymore. If you still have this issue – clear cache.

    Hello,

    You’ll be able to import all the settings that you changed in 8Theme Options settings. But this is not related to your content – pages, products, posts. To move content you should use other plugins, WP All import or similar.

    Or maybe would be better if you just move the whole site (files and DB) to the new server.

    Hello,

    Unfortunately, WC does not have hook to disable add to cart button without drop-down. It has only hook to disable the whole form – remove_action( 'woocommerce_variable_add_to_cart', 'woocommerce_variable_add_to_cart', 30 ); . In case you want to disable only add to cart button you may try to do this using custom CSS and also disable add to cart widget in header from Theme Options.

    I can help you with this if you provide me temporary admin panel access.

    Either you added this styles in Custom CSS field or some third-party plugin that you use adds this.
    Disable plugin one by one and check which one causes issue.

    Hello,

    I have fixed notices about product images by changing the product images dimensions in WooCommerce settings. But Images for the banners can’t be resized. You may try to use full height row with stretched columns and images as columns backgrounds http://prntscr.com/epydjr instead of using banners elements.

    We are not sure if the code you get from the previous developer works even for the default theme.

    To move notices on the cart page add the following code in child theme functions.php

    function move_woocommerce_message(){
	add_action( 'woocommerce_cart_coupon', 'wc_print_notices', 35 ); }
add_filter('wp', 'move_woocommerce_message');

    Then copy file xstore/woocommerce/cart/cart.php into child theme and comment out the line from screenshot http://prntscr.com/epxve0

    If you need any other additional customization, please, contact customization team because theme support does not includes additional customization service.

    1) Do you want to add the border around drop-down or around title + drop-down box?
    2) This test is related to WC translation files, it’s not related to theme translation. Use WC translation files to change it.

    Hello,

    It depends on what hover effect you have chosen in Theme Options > E-Commerce > Product Page Layout > Image hover effect > you are using slider, choose Swap or disable it if you don’t want slider with arrows.

    Hello,

    To install child theme go to Appearance > Themes and install it like any WP theme.
    All the custom CSS code add in child theme style.css

    To align top the options, image and description add the following code

    .single-product-center .product-content > .row {
    -webkit-box-align: top;
    -webkit-align-items: top;
    -ms-flex-align: center;
    align-items: top;
}

    If you want to redesign mobile layout of the single product page you can play with CSS styles in case you have CSS skills.
    Unfortunately, additional customization is not included in our support. I can help you with minor changes but not with individual customization of the layouts.

    Seems your original image is turned https://www.royalhedge.nl/wp-content/uploads/2017/03/Prunus-avium-Plena-3.jpg Catalog images for the desktop are fine, images for the mobile are turned also. Check your source images and use regenerate thumbnails plugin to regenerate your images.

    Hello,

    According to Envato policy, you can use 1 license for the 1 project only (1 live site + 1 dev site for the same project). If you want to use theme for another project you should buy the new license. If you have 2 sites you should have 2 licenses.
    Our theme has option to import only Theme Options from one site to another (8theme Options > Import/Export > Options). There are no other settings to import/export content from site to site.

    Maybe some WP plugins could help you with this.
