    Hi,

ASAP I need purchase code for my test site. I already have one for the productive site but I experience serious and annoying slow response of XSTORE theme.

I already raised a ticket for that without any reply. So I had to create a test site and I try to find out what cause the symptom.

Please provide a test code for approx. 2 weeks. I hope I (and hopefully you guys) find the root cause of slow response.

    Hello,

You can use your purchase code to activate test site. We have changed the limits for your purchase code.
I don’t see topics from you about page speed but I checked your site and I would recommend you to solve the moments related to your server and third-party plugins http://prntscr.com/eo0qw1 . Additionally, please optimize your images. You can use WP Smush.it or other image optimizatin plugins to do that.

    Regards

    Hi,

Thank you for changing the limit for the purchase code just for the test. And also thank you for the suggestions. Honestly I don’t know how to handle these moments (attached to your reply) because my original motivation is to fix the slow response time. Considering to decrease the number of plugins is a contradiction because the owner of a site should add missing or “special” functions to the site. I did the same and kept the number of plugins as minimum as possible… but every business is different. Something is always missing from the theme package, and the running code is longer than it should be.

Back to the test. I sat it immediately and started to analyze my test site.

I share the results with you:
live site with XSTORE child: 6-12ms loading time (with 100 products)
test site with XSTORE child: 2,5ms (total empty, no products, no demo data, only one empty page)
test site with Twenty Seventeen theme: 1ms

Right after I activate XSTORE child theme on the empty test site the first data load time is doubled. I don’t know what’s the reason of this.

If you need credentials for the live and test sites pls let me know.

    Hello,

There are many factors why your site slowed down.
Install a Caching Plugin and combine cached page with gzip compression to get better results.
Use Remove Query Strings From Static Resources plugin to fix one of the problems of your site http://prntscr.com/eo8mpd
Also, follow the instructions https://kinsta.com/knowledgebase/serve-static-content-from-a-cookieless-domain/ or https://www.itsupportguides.com/knowledge-base/wordpress/wordpress-how-to-serve-static-content-from-a-cookieless-domain/ to fix “serve static content from a cookieless domain” warning.

Also, we are working on optimization of our scripts, carousels performance and I hope that version 4.0 of XStore theme will include this optimization.

We’d love to help you optimize your site but that is outside the scope of our support. I can give you just the main tips but every site is individual.

    Regards

    Hello,

Thank you for your kind advices.

I must tell you the “Remove Query Strings From Static Resources” plugin do nothing. It has only one purpose to channel the users to a site becoming more and more customers. I ran tests before and after this plugin and the results was the same. So this advice is useless and I don’t want to pay them 150 bucks for fixing your product.

I am not a developer but and business owner and enduser. I started a WP site, bought XSTORE and installed only plugins as offered, suggested by 8theme with minimum contents

I optimized pictures, disabled some plugins and now on this https://www.site24x7.com/web-page-analyzer.html measures “First Byte Time”
2,582 ms, “Total page loading time” is 7,731 ms. It is not acceptable from me.

I even created a test site on Fridays (24.03) and the empty XSTORE theme produced “First Byte Time”=582 ms, “Total page loading time”=4,202 ms. It is about 21 times more of the acceptable by Google ranking policies. It is against of my business. Definitely.

So this very serious issue should be in the scope of your normal product support. I just can’t understand why you offered a paid service for that. I just want to use one of your products with offered functionalities, getting “First Byte Time” within 200 ms. Nothing more.

This is practically a quality assurance of your XSTORE theme. When I bought it you offered this theme as one of the fastest, woocommerce, WPML support product. But it seems to be not. Because if I install XSTORE theme alone the “First Byte Time” is doubled, and when I install woocommerce and WPML plugins the “First Byte Time” increases to 15x or 20x. It is not normal.

I spent days of measuring and optimizing XSTORE and now I use only plugins of offered, suggested and compatibles with minimum contents.

Let me clear and straight. I (as your customer) need solution and I can accept only actions to fix the performance issues of XSTORE. I want to run my business ASAP and don’t have more time to waste for your product, pingponging emails without real actions.

As I offered you before in case of need credentials for the live and test sites please let me know.
