But if the problem appears from time to time then seems it could be related to your server. Check the server error logs. Do you have errors there?
Because if the problem is related to theme files then you should face issue every time when you do some action.

Hello,

Seems problem caused by Facebook Thumb Fixer plugin. I have disabled it and everything works fine.
Use YOAST SEO plugin to be able to choose images for the FB.

Please, disable all the plugins that did not come with our theme and check your page again. Seems like some plugin adds paragraphs for the revolution slider code http://prntscr.com/ev41zs and it causes the issue.

Official update was not released. The latest version that is available on CC if we download it, is 3.16.9, unfortunately. Once we get 3.16.10 we’ll upload it on our site. I think they will release it today-tomorrow.

1) Make sure that WC plugin, Wishlist plugin and XStore theme are up to date. Update them if you are using the old versions.

If you updated WC to version 3.0.1 then you need to update XStore theme to version 3.11.1. New update is available on ThemeForest.

Hello,

etheme_image_sizes function was used for the 2 VC elements Best Offer and Product Looks. But we don’t use it anymore. Seems developers forgot to remove the function from theme-init.php. We’ll do this in next theme update. Size for the compare plugin you can set in plugin settings http://prntscr.com/ev0l1z

Hello,

If variations of the variable product have different prices it’s not possible to remove price range, this is default WC functionality. You can only hide it using custom CSS.

If you are using WC 2.6.14 then downgrade theme to version 3.10.1 because 3.11 and higher works with WC 3.0 and higher.
Let me know if you need 3.10.1 version archive.
