PHP Fatal Error – WC_Product_Variable

We noticed this repeatedly showing up in the debug.log file of wordpress

[11-Apr-2017 05:13:00 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined method WC_Product_Variable::get_gallery_image_ids() in /home/amishyard/public_html/wp-content/themes/xstore/woocommerce/single-product/product-image.php on line 51

We are running WordPress 4.7.3 / WooCommerce 2.6.14 / Xstore 3.11.1

Hello,

If you are using WC 2.6.14 then downgrade theme to version 3.10.1 because 3.11 and higher works with WC 3.0 and higher.
Let me know if you need 3.10.1 version archive.

Hi Olga is 3.10.1 still latest compatible with WooCommerce 2.6.14?
Can’t upgrade the WC to 3.0 because my payment gateway still didn’t updated there official plugin.

Hello,

Yes, XStore 3.11 and higher does not support (and won’t support) WC 2.6.x.
