Problem is caused by WooCommerce Ship to Multiple Addresses plugin. Contact plugin author to solve the compatibility issue.
Also, we would recommend you to update theme to version 3.0.0.1 because the current version of your theme is not compatible with WC 3.0.

Single product page inherits the custom footer if it was chosen in Shop page settings (in the Page Layout options for the shop page). So if you want to change the footer for both shop and single product then edit shop page and choose the footer you want. If you choose Default http://prnt.sc/f4cgr7 then Shop page will show the footer that was added in Appearance > Widgets > Footer widget areas.

It’s easy to check if this issue is related to our theme or not. Just go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront theme – official WC theme. Proceed to checkout and try again. If you won’t face the problem then problem is related to our theme. In this case, let us know what address do you use and we’ll try to replicate the problem and fix it.

Theme Version 3.0.2.1 is compatible with WC 3.0.5. So, you may update plugin and theme. After that check, if problem is solved. If not then go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate official WC theme Storefront. Check if your variations work fine with default WC theme. If problem still persists then contact WC support of WC support forum. If your issue appears only if our theme is activated then reply back to this topic.

Truly saying our developers have no good idea why such issue appears and on your site only. For me it looks like when loading gif is cached it works file but the first loading when browser trying to get this image first time it makes this issue. Do you use any cache plugin to speed up your site?
