But if you face the out of memory error it could be the reason why you get different upload menu. Check your plugins and disable plugins that you don’t use. Also, you may contact your hosting provider to increase PHP memory limit to 256M. From your screenshot I see that you have approximately 115M.
But no matter what you plan to use plugin or default zoom (Theme Options > E-Commerce > Single Product > Zoom for product images > On) you need to have high-resolution images to get zoom effect or at least 1000x1000px. I opened few products on your site and all of them have small source images. You won’t get zoom effect if you use such small images for your products.
Does plugin work fine with default WP theme?

Our theme does not have any settings for the tax, it’s WooCommerce plugin option that’s why, please, follow WC plugin documentation https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/setting-up-taxes-in-woocommerce/ Also, check if you have this problem with our theme only or even if you enable default WC theme Storefront. In case problem appears even with default WC theme then contact WC support to get assistance. We’ll be able to help you if the problem appears only when our theme is enabled. In this case, reply back and provide admin panel and FTP access.

If you want to add the links at the top of the content you can use Menu VC element http://prntscr.com/gy2mld
If you want to display one more menu below the main menu – unfortunately there is no such option. In case those links should be like subitems of the menu item but you want mega menu instead of drop-down then choose Design type – Mega menu for the first menu level.
To remove delivery info go to Appearance > Widgets > Left side top bar widget area.

So, always check the update changelog before the update to know what changes were made.

1) This is Prefooter widget area that displays Static block widget. If you check the static block that was used in this area you’ll see that it includes custom widget areas. So, to add the products go to Appearance > Widgets and add WC products widgets into Featured products custom widget area, sale products custom widget area etc. In case you want change the content completely and show some text instead of these widget areas then go to Static Blocks > edit prefooter static block and using VC backend editor change the content https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/support/static-blocks/
2) Go to Pages > edit Front page > edit elements http://prntscr.com/gx9da3 and choose what products/posts you want to show there
3) See 2) item, edit the Products VC elements in every tab and choose the options you need.

What plugin are you talking about? Child theme is not a plugin, read more https://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes and you don’t need to install it again if you already have it.
Use child theme function.php to add the necessary code to remove that options.
We have added new option http://prntscr.com/gx0pxi and seems after update fixed header was disabled because of this. Check now.
