Hello,

What version of our theme do you use? Because I did not find that information.
Seems you did changes in template files, we tried version 4.9 of our theme on your site and quantity is ok http://prntscr.com/gx8yfc

Please, move all the changes you did to the child theme and update parent theme to version 4.9.

Hello,

Problems relate to outdated files and should be fixed after update theme to latest version, 4.9 version fully compatible with latest woocommerce version. Please update theme http://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update
Don’t forget to create backup of your files and database before starting update process.
