If you check what file was deleted wp-content/funcs/tpl/plugins/craft/files/snapshots/media.php then you’ll understand that it’s not the file from our theme because it’s not located in our theme directory. We are able to provide support for issues related strictly to our theme. General questions about WordPress security is out of the scope of our support. Post such question on WP support forum.

Be careful when installing third-party plugins from unknown developers.

3) Unfortunately, WC has only 3 variants of the images – catalog, single product, thumbnails. And we use them for appropriate images in our theme. So, you may go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display > change catalog images to 300×300 and regenerate thumbnails. Check if it helps.

1) Please, update theme to version 4.13. We have fixed some search problems. Check if this update helps you. If not – reply back and provide admin panel and FTP access.

2) All the availabel options for the popup you can find in Theme Options > E-Commerce > Promo Popup, unfortunately, there is no option to set the delay but we’ll add it to next theme update.

1) Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display > set the necessary image settings for the catalog images. You can read more here https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/fixing-blurry-product-images/
2) Install and activate Regenerate thumbnails plugin and regenerate all the thumbnails (Tools > Regenerate thumbnails)
3) Check your grid after that.
