Hello Sir,

I am working on website http://decode.onpressidium.com/

1. I am using vertical center layout on header and there is simple search form but there is main feature is missing if we just put category name there it shows not fount it’s not working for category search. Can we have any solution for this.

2. There is newsletter popup which is comes up instantly when website loads. Can we add some delay there or open when scroll.

Hello,

1) Please, update theme to version 4.13. We have fixed some search problems. Check if this update helps you. If not – reply back and provide admin panel and FTP access.

2) All the availabel options for the popup you can find in Theme Options > E-Commerce > Promo Popup, unfortunately, there is no option to set the delay but we’ll add it to next theme update.

Hello Sir,

As you mentioned i updated the theme but search still does not work for categories. Like i search prom, wedding, night out dress it’s show not found.

And popup is fine but if you can plz solve the category search issue.

Hello,

Are you using categories name to search products? Sorry, but products search does not search categories, only products by title, sku or description.
If you want to get categories search you should either use the separate plugin or made additional customization of existing search.
