We have added the scroll for the promo popup if the popup content if higher than the height that you set in Theme Options. If you don’t like it we can help you to disable the scroll, just provide me temporary admin panel and FTP access.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide support for customizations under our Support Policy. If you need help with PHP customization contact WPKraken team.

As I understand you want to show some content from the custom sidebar for the posts only and don’t show it for the all the other pages that also displays the main sidebar, right? You may use CSS workaround to hide some widgets for all the pages and show them for the single post only.
For example, add all the necessary widgets into the Main sidebar. Then use custom code to hide widgets by IDs for all the pages (display: none;) and then show them for the posts only (.single-post class + id and display: block;).

Yes, our designer used Photoshop to slice the image and then we just used these pieces of the image, used rotation for every layer http://prntscr.com/i2lecd and different parallax depth for every layer http://prntscr.com/i2lga7

Hello,

1) Provide us with FTP access to your site. We’ll check. Also, contact your hosting provider and ask to scan your site. Maybe your site was hacked and the file was infected. In this case, you need to make sure that all the other files are ok and then replace the file on your site with the original file. If it does not help then provide FTP access to your site.

2) We also use WPML on this demo and don’t have problems https://www.8theme.com/demo/xstore/translation/
But if you check the fatal error you’ll see that problem appears in plugin files. You can also rename and disable plugin enabled default WP theme, then enable plugin again and check if you get the error again. If not then reply back to me.

2) I see the Fatal error related to WPML http://prntscr.com/i23eys Contact WPML plugin to solve the problem, we are not authors of this plugin and provide support for issues related to our theme only.

Hello,

You can use Custom widget area instead of the Main sidebar (Pages > edit page > 8theme Layout Options > Custom sidebar) and just add the same widgets as you have in the main sidebar to custom sidebar. So, why do you want to display both sidebars?

Anyway, if you are sure that you need to edit this code you can find in xstore/sidebar.php. Copy this file into child theme and do the necessary changes.

Hello,

Use the graphics editor (Photoshop or any other you prefer) and make all the images in one size. Edit images before uploading them to your Media Gallery to get the nice and aligned grid.

Unfortunately, WC filters and WC widgets do not work on simple pages, only on the shop page and all the pages that inherit the shop template.

Besides, you can manage woocommerce permalinks in the Settings > Permalinks.

Problem is caused by Facebook Pixel plugin. If you deactivate everything works fine. I have checked with the default WooCommerce theme and search by products also does not work if plugin is enabled http://prntscr.com/i1pkzm

Make sure that you are using the latest version of WP, theme and all the included plugins.
Also, contact your hosting provider and server admin to get help and protect your site from hackers.

Theme code does not have the vulnerability. WP site protection is not included in theme support, theme author does not have the deal with this, sorry.
