Instagram support widget not working - by xbobsix1

Hello.

My instagram feed in the footer has stopped working (the widget)
I dont really know what to do, i looks like it does not recieve the pictures correct, and for some reason result in it only showing the text of the photos.

I am just using a placeholder on the website for now.

Hi,

You need to replace wp-instagram-widget.php file in xstore/framework/widgets/ folder and wait for 2 hours when instagram cache will be updated.

Let us know your email so we can send the file or can we send the file to the email you registered with this forum ?

Seems this is a common problem since Mid-January with the Instagram widget.

How do we get the the new Widget file?

As you’ve outlined to others, you are sending the file individually… we also require the “fix”, please send a copy to us.

The problem was fixed. Please, update theme to version 4.15.1 and wait for 2 hours.

We had already done the 4.15.1 upgrade, shortly after which, we received another notice that there was a 4.16 upgrade as well, which we also upgraded to. We will wait the two hours to see if this issue is resolved.

Unfortunately, immediately upon doing the upgrades, we notice that now the Pop-ups are completely mangled and no longer correct.

Really hoping there is a resolution to all this, as what was one problem originally, is now mushrooming into more problems, and other issues after the upgrades.

Provide us temporary admin panel and FTP access to your site and explain in details what is wrong with the promo popup? What other issues did you face?
