That element is the WPBakery page builder element, WPBakery plugin doesn’t have option to add custom font to that select.

Anyway, you have limited server settings http://prntscr.com/pzhy75 and we would recommend you to contact the hosting provider to increase them according to theme requirements to avoid any issues in the future.

We found that your WordPress installation loads Redux scripts and styles required for the normal work of theme options over the HTTP instead of HTTPS and blocks them. We don’t understand why your WP loads the Redux files with HTTP because we tested on other installations and it does not have problem even with HTTPS. The only difference we found is the DB version: we use MySQL 5.6.42, you use 5.5.64-MariaDB
The temporary solution is to disable Redux plugin, then seems options work fine because another plugin WP Mail Logging that you use also includes Redux files and our theme uses those files from that plugin folder but it’s not the best way to solve this issue.
Can you update MySQL version to 5.6?
