Cannot open Appearance/Customise on Dashboard on xStore 8theme – Flowerpot

Hi there ,

I need to upgrade from PHP 5.6 to PHP 7.0 or higher. when I upgraded to PHP 7.0 most of the site still works ok, BUT when I click on Appaearance/Customize it does not show, if it change the PHP back to 5.6 it shows. As the 5.6 is showing up as End Of Life. Can you advise if there is someway of fixing this please.

Hi,

Please upgrade to PHP 7++, then please send me:

– FTP info (server, username, password, port)
– Cpanel admin login credentials

I will check this problem for you.

I have changed the PHP version to PHP 7.1 and have entered the details to the private content area.

Hello,

We have updated header.php file in your child theme according to the last changes in our theme. And we can open theme options http://prntscr.com/pzifff
Anyway, you have limited server settings http://prntscr.com/pzhy75 and we would recommend you to contact the hosting provider to increase them according to theme requirements to avoid any issues in the future.

Thank you Olga, much appreciated.

When you say limited server settings, could you advise what it is you are referring to. There is 5GB of hosting space and they are using 3GB.

I have asked them in the past about settings. could you tell me what you are referring to please because they think it is okay. I would really like to get it right.
