    Hello,

    Could you, please, provide us with correct WP Dashboard access to allow us to install theme with demo content at least. Because I suppose that you did not install that correctly and it caused all the other errors. If you try theme and then after our installation you won’t change your mind we’ll give you refund.

    Hello,

    Probably that plugin uses some WooCommerce hook that is missing when you use single product builder. So, could you, please, contact plugin developers and clarify what hook do they use on the single product to display countdown?

    Also, provide us with FTP access to your site to help you with this issue.

    I can’t connect to your FTP and I can’t log in to your Dashboard.
    So, could you please test the access by yourself and then provide us with the correct WP Dashboard username and pass and with FTP host, FTP password and FTP username. Once we’ll be able to log in and connect we’ll help you with theme installation.

    1) Enable sidebar for the shop page https://gyazo.com/195426777321d2de9ad068d0837af729 (Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page layout) if you want to show the sidebar with filters there. Check wemeestore shop page now. If you have problem with another site then provide us with link.

    2) Could you, please, tell me what exactly do you change? Because I don’t see problem while trying to change something.

    Hello,

    1) To disable the breadcrumbs on the checkout and cart page go to Pages > edit cart/checkout page > 8theme page options > Breadcrumbs type > choose Disable.

    2) I have updated theme and core plugin. You should not have issues with that in the future but don’t skip a lot of updates as you did before. There is no need to update child theme, it’s your custom theme and it does not include files that should be updated at this moment.

    3) Keep Always Load Wc-Cart-Fragments options enabled in Theme Options > Speed optimization. Check your cart now.

    4), 5) I see that texts on the checkout are white, not green. Anyway, if you want to change the color of the labels add the below code to child theme style.css or to Theme Options > Custom CSS

    You can translate “Type here…” in Theme Options > Header builder > Search > Placeholder Text.

    You can translate “Categories” in the mobile menu from Theme Options > Header builder > Mobile menu > Extra Tab Title.

    The fix will be included in next update also but if you need to fix it manually now then
    1/ go to xstore/framework/woo.php
    2/ find et_get_gallery_image_props() -> https://gyazo.com/475c885ac32485100fae90460ab69de3
    3/ add ‘class’ => ‘attachment-shop_single size-shop_single wp-post-image’, param as on screenshot above

    Could you tell me what option misses the transparency for the background?

    Hello,

    We made some changes in files and also made reset of some fields related to our theme option in the BD. You won’t be able to do this by yourself. So, provide us with the WP Dashboard and FTP access to the site where you need to fix that.

    That was the featured image of the shop page. I edited the shop page and removed that.
    I passed the issue with theme options to our developers. I’ll inform you once they fix the problem.

    Hello,

    We don’t have a special post with a description of the filters widget area.
    Could you, please, provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site to check why the filters button does not work for you? It should open the additional area that displays filter widgets that you add to the Appearance > Widgets > Shop filters sidebar.
    Also, you can manage the number of columns and some other settings of the filters area in Theme Options > Shop page filters.

    Because JS and styles are loaded a little bit after the HTML structure.
