I have purchased your XStore – Multipurpose WooCommerce Theme product but after I installed it I can not reach my web site an I am taking this message ” There has been a critical error on this website.” Please help me.

Enable debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed.
Could you, please, create FTP access? We don’t need cPanel, only FTP host, FTP username and FTP pass. If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

Could you, please, provide us with correct WP Dashboard access to allow us to install theme with demo content at least. Because I suppose that you did not install that correctly and it caused all the other errors. If you try theme and then after our installation you won’t change your mind we’ll give you refund.
