We don’t have option to add the bg color, so I added custom CSS (Theme Options > Custom CSS) to implement changes

We don’t have option to filter products out of the shop/archive WooCommerce page. If you want to have filters on the custom page you need to look for third-party plugins that offer such kinds of filters.

So, do you want to disable breadcrumbs or not? Or do you want to change the page title only? You can change the page title in Pages > edit shop page and change the title.
If you want to disable breadcrumbs and show the custom heading only then disable breadcrumbs in page settings and edit shop page content using WPBakery page builder and add the Heading element that you need to page content.

So, if you need additional customization you may contact our partners who provide this service or find any other developer who will be able to implement that for you. Or look for the third-party plugin that has such option.

2) Default sorting option is the default WooCommerce feature. You can choose the default sorting in Customizer > WooCommerce > Product catalog > Default sorting. WooCommerce does not have any other options to customize that.

You enabled option to show the wishlist in the loop over the image in the wishlist plugin settings. It caused the mentioned issue because it duplicate our wishlist that we display by default and display wishlist again over the image according to plugin options. So, I just hide that using custom CSS (Theme Options > Custom CSS).
