Strange behaviour website Xstore in Xstore menu section

There is a strange bug on my own site. Somehow i cant change the header, there is an issue in xstore https://gyazo.com/0108fc372a7a9957f710dd7ab0c2ec05

i have put the site on another server because i thought it was a php issue but that didnt make any difference.
How can i solve this?
