Hello,

1) We have options to enable/disable elements and change the order of the elements in the Quick View (Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop elements > Quick view). We don’t have the builder for the Quick view like for the single product.

2) Products are out of stock on your site http://prntscr.com/u2t0z1
Please, read the WooCommerce documentation and change the stock status of your products to be able to add them to cart

Hello,

You asked about double Theme Options and about missing description. So, did not understand what issue you meant that time.
Look, our theme does not have any issues with the product description. If this is missing then probably you have either js error or PHP error in console that removes that block, for example, https://prnt.sc/tsy37o . So, once you get that message open the console and check what errors you have, also check the server error logs to find out if you have any PHP errors. It will help to understand what causes the mentioned issue.

1) Update XStore theme and all the plugins, including Wishlist to the latest versions.
2) Follow the documentation to remove the double hear icons https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/wishlist/
3) Provide us with WP Dashabord access if it does not help.

Yes, you can update WP to the latest version. But if your hosting has limits not sure that it helps. Do you have a chance to try our theme on another hosting?
In case you won’t be able to activate the theme we are ready to give you refund.

As a rule, it’s related to server timeout. Some demos have a lot of images and importer doesn’t have time to import all the images. In this case either manual import of the media helps (Tools > Import > WordPress > using the media file fron the Import files folder) or import only media a few time till you get the success message https://gyazo.com/a756d36cf2c1fc1d94e54cf331ffa347 .

So, what page builder do you plan to use on your site as the main builder WPBakery or Elementor?

Hello,

As I can see you did not create any slider using Master slider. Why do you keep it enabled? Every additional plugin slows down the site. So I disabled it and removed it. If you decide to use it again you’ll be able to install it from Appearance > Install plugins.
Revolution slider is up to date. Don’t see issues with this.
