Did you try to log in using the credentials you provided?
1) We can’t log in to your Dashboard http://prntscr.com/u6c3ek Please, check and provide correct pass.
2) We need FTP host, username and pass, not the cPanel access!
Have you regenerated images after changes of the image options in Customizer? You can use the Regenerate thumbnails plugin for these purposes.

Have you updated XStore core plugin to version 3.0.0? Do you use any cache plugin or CDN? Try to Update XStore core plugin, clear cache and try again.
If it does not help then provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site.

I see. That’s not theme issue. WPBakery does not have responsive options for paddings. So, in your case I would suggest you to use the % or vw units instead of the px for the big paddings. Check now, for example.

If you site is live and you want to update theme from version Version: 2.8 to the latest one I would recommend you to create staging site (full copy of the existing one) and update theme and core plugin on the staging site first. If everything is ok then proceed with the production site update. In case something goes wrong you’ll have time to fix it (especially if you overwrote some files in child theme).
If you provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to staging site we’ll be able to help you with theme update.

Main menu is ok http://prntscr.com/u682tq and Elementor plugin is enabled.
Why do you update theme without asking us it’s allowed. The latest theme update does not include fix of the problem because it was made on your site only and will be included in the next update.
