Brands 404 error - by Kay - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Brands have been assigned products and I can see all products associated to the brands in wp-admin. it also displays the brand name associated with the product on single product pages.

    However if I click a brand to see all products I get a 404 error for some of them whereas other ones are working fine and I don’t know why some would be working and others are not

    – Admin info (wp-admin URL, username, password)

    Please send me your IP address so I can whitelist it on our firewall for our staging server

    Hello,

    Go to Settings > Permalinks > choose the following type of the permalinks http://prntscr.com/u3lot4 and save changes. Let me know if it helps. If not then add the following IP to your whitelist 176.98.70.175
