    Hello,

    Unfortunately, if you want to get access to Revolution slider addons or premium templates you need to buy the individual license. The extended license that we have does not include these features. Plugin author requires only individual license to allow access to this.

    Shop page is at place http://prntscr.com/uqi7ja But you added the duplicated page with shop title to your menu and it was the problem because that page was just simple empty page. So, check it now.

    I don’t see problem with the fonts. Could you, please, provide us with links to pages where you have the font issue and also screenshots of the problem. You can use the Lightshot screenshot tool to share the screenshot.

    http://prntscr.com/upv339 According to the ThemeForest license policy, you can use 1 license for 1 project only (dev site, production site, localhost but the same project!) https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard
    The theme is activated at https://www.domoda.com/ If you want to use it for the new project you need to buy the new license.

    You used 1 license to activate the theme for 6 projects and it’s still active at https://medicamentosmagistrales.com/ . You need to buy a separate license for the new project if you want to use XStore.

    Issue with file generation will be fixed in next theme update. So, just don’t generate the file till the next update. Remove the generated file if you have already generated this.

    You used the file generator http://prntscr.com/uq2k87 that combined all the styles to 1 file. It was the reason that you did not see the child theme styles as a separate file.

    Contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase the SubstituteMaxLineLength to 10M or 20M.
    Try to open customizer after that.

    We don’t have special settings to change it. We could give you custom CSS to change styles if you provide a mockup on how it should look. Changes of the structure require PHP customization that is not included in our support.
