I removed that and everything is ok.

1) Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Account > enable registration on the My account page option.

After that go to Static blocks > edit footer static blocks using Elementor and edit footer content according to your needs. Newsletter form in footer is Mailchimp plugin form. To edit that go to Mailchimp > Forms.
